The patch depicts a Tee Pee on the left and a church bell tower on the right. The design has been used for about twenty years and it matches the Town's official logo. The Tee Pee is representative of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe and it's Tribal members. The Town, of about 1000 residents, is an "island" of state jurisdiction, completely surrounded by Indian Land. The bell tower is for the Saint Ignatius Catholic Church.
